Want to get involved?
Serving as a Board member means playing a crucial role in the management of the property. It is a volunteer position that serves and benefits the Royal Palm at Waipio community.
Board members look out for the best interests of residents and owners by making the important decisions and scheduling the major projects to be done on the property.
You must be a unit owner to attend the meetings and/or on island to serve on the Board.
If you are a people person, enjoy working with others, and feel you have skills or expertise that may be of value to the Board, come to the next Board meeting and we can answer any questions you may have.
